MORE ABOUT THE PAK SISTERS
PAK Sisters is an Athens based food blog established in 2015. The name is inspired by our initials and our parent’s names. ”P” for Phoebe Anna, “A” for Alexandra and “K” for Krystalli, our family name.
We are naturally curious about unique culinary fusions; one of a kind hospitality experiences; unexpected combination of flavours; anything that can be considered part of our “PAK” world. We are always looking for the newest, most exciting trends in dinning & hospitality as well as spots with timeless and traditional aesthetics.
MEET PHOBE ANNA
Phoebe Anna has a deep & holistic knowledge on the field having completed her studies in pastry & bakery from Le Monde Institute of hotel and tourism studies. She has attended various seminars, among them one in FERRANDI Paris, an internationally recognised school of culinary arts. She also has completed her pastry chef internship.
She also holds a Law degree from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. As a law student she was a columnist for various media outlets and following her graduation she worked as a trainee lawyer. She also is certified as an insurance services consultant from the Bank of Greece.
Currently she decided to make her dream come true and open her own workshop in Athens, in order to bake daily fresh and organic treats for our little furry friends. You can find more @kyonnaturalpetproducts
Alexandra holds a BSc degree in Economics with a specialisation in Finance from Athens University of Economics and Business, a MSc degree in International Finance & Banking from Cass Business School, and an MBA degree with a specialisation in Luxury Management & Entrepreneurship from SDA Bocconi School of Management. She is also a certified investment and insurance consultant from the Bank of Greece.
Being a creative nature, Alexandra enjoys discovering new cultures, new culinary proposals, and travelling all over the world. She is also currently attending the Pattern Making & Sewing Program at Athens Fashion Club. She is an experienced commercial finance senior professional and has held positions in multinational companies across European capitals. She grew up in Athens and has lived in London, Milan and Warsaw. In her leisure time she enjoys playing beach volley.

Growing up.
One of our fondest memories growing up, has been dining in incredible restaurants surrounded by family. Our exposure to unique flavors from a young age, made us develop a strong taste. Seeking good food and elegance in all kind of ways is something we inherited from our parents and aim to share with our PAK friends. This blog is all about celebrating our virtual bites and our “This is so PAK PAK PAK” hospitality experiences all over the world that delight and trigger the senses.
