BLISS BALLS

Bliss Balls recipe by Phoebe Anna.

Lemon spinach risotto on a round plate.

Ingredients


250g peanut butter, 45g coconut flour, 30g unsweetened cocoa powder, 40g finely chopped peanuts, 115g pure maple syrup or syrup of your choice.

Instructions


Pulse all the ingredients in a food processor until thick. Using a large spoon or ice-cream scoop, drop even portions of the mixture onto the baking tray. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.


Using clean hands , Roll into balls, then you can sprinkle with an ingredient of your choice *(Line a baking tray with baking paper) *(store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks)
